About HDRC

The Hawaii Disability Rights Center is Hawaii’s designated Protection and Advocacy System for people with disabilities. It is also Hawaii’s designated Client Assistance Program for applicants and members of programs funded under the federal Rehabilitation Act.

 

Make Your Voice Heard    –    Protect Your Rights!

HDRC does not have enough resources to address all legal rights issues for all people with disabilities, so we develop annual Client Service Priorities.   These are the rights violations that are accepted first when we review applications for assistance.
