To strengthen the quality and timeliness of the services we provide to Hawaii's Disability community, we are temporarily reducing capacity to respond to telephone intakes for new cases from August 15, 2026 through September 15, 2026. Assistance Applications for Online intake however remain here. Starting Monday, September 7, we will also accept walk-ins from 8:30am - 4:30pm.
